Rosa was born as Taurus on 30th April, 1984. She was born and brought up in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.

Apart from her formal education, Rosa started learning classical ballet at the age of just four years old at the Centro de La Cultura in Santiago.
Afterwards, she moved to the Instituto de Cultura y Arte (ICA) where she was honored as one of the most gifted students of the academy.

In the meanwhile, she posted a video on YouTube showcasing her flexibility as a professional dancer. The video garnered more than a million views and brought her into the limelight of US glamour world.
Based on her video, Kanye West cast her as a lead model in rap artist Drake’s music video ‘Best I Ever Had.’ She did not have to look back after that, featuring in music videos of elite rap and R&B artists like Chris Brown, Mario, 50 Cent, P.Diddy, Dirty Money, Snoop Dogg, Lil Wayne, and several others.
